Class descriptions

Raja Yoga – Beginner is an introductory course for students who are new to Yoga. This course focuses on relaxation and introduction to basic Asanas (poses) and Pranayama techniques.

16 classes; organized into two sections of 8 classes, each class will be one hour long.

 

Raja Yoga – Intermediate focuses on refining and increasing the time students can hold all postures learned during beginner classes. More complex Asanas and Pranayama techniques will be learned. After guided relaxation, students will start to practice various concentration techniques.

This course is recommended for students who have completed the Beginner stage or for those who have previous Yoga experience.

24 classes; organized in three sections of 8 classes; each class will be one hour long.

 

Raja Yoga – Advanced brings the student further on his or her Yoga path by practicing complex Asanas and Pranayama techniques. Students will be introduced to meditation techniques and Yoga Philosophy.

This course is recommended for students who have completed the Intermediate stage or for those who have previously practiced different Yoga styles at advanced levels.

24 classes; organized in three sections of 8 classes; each class will be one hour and thirty minutes long.

 

Private Individual and Family training (Private lessons at your home or at the Studio location) will be developed based on your needs.

 

Corporate training (including Yoga for office employees) will be developed based on the particular needs of the employees and of your organization.

 

Please note that class difficulty and complexity will be adapted to the level of the students.
