Health and Safety
To avoid health problems, please consult with your doctor before starting Yoga practice.
Please inform the teacher prior to the start of the class about any serious health conditions: heart problems; high blood pressure; chronic headache; back, neck, or joint injuries; recent surgery; pregnancy; etc.
We recommend that you do not take Yoga classes if you are sick or injured.
It is recommended to practice Yoga on an empty stomach (You may eat something light, two hours prior to practice).
Please refrain from using perfumes when attending Yoga classes and workshops.
To ensure each student can receive quality training and the necessary support, class size at the Studio is limited to 10 people. First-come, first-served.
You may drop-in to any of our Yoga classes, with the exception of classes requiring pre-registration.
The door is opened 15 minutes prior to class and will be closed at beginning of class.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to secure a spot and settle in.
Please read the class descriptions and attend the classes that best suit your level.
We accept cash, cheques (payable to Michael Burlacu) and credit cards (through PayPal). Refunds will be provided only for classes and workshops cancelled by MICHAEL BURLACU YOGA STUDIO.
Transfers are accepted during the validity period of the package.
Missed classes cannot be transferred to the next session.
